Flexible lease terms and rental.

Priority will be given as follows:

Existing / new businesses that are local to Greatorex Street, Spitalfield and Banglatown Ward.
Existing businesses looking to relocate within Tower Hamlets.
Existing businesses wishing to locate in Tower Hamlets from outside the borough.
Wherever possible, equal numbers of units will be allocated between men and women.

NEW WORKSPACE, News update

The Micro Business Park is currently fully let but has recently secured planning permission to develop a new floor of workspace. This will include two zones

i) a dedicated Womens wing, offering hot desking venue for sisters wishing to test out their entrepreneurial ideas and on site Womens support. Fundraising for which commences in 2007

ii) additional start up units to meet local demand
