Lettings
Priority will be given as follows:
  1. Existing / new businesses that are local to Greatorex Street, Spitalfield and Banglatown Ward.
  2. Existing businesses looking to relocate within Tower Hamlets.
  3. Existing businesses wishing to locate in Tower Hamlets from outside the borough.
  4. Wherever possible, equal numbers of units will be allocated between men and women.

The Micro Business Park is about more than just business start up and growth.

All rental from tenants, is committed to maintaining and developing the facilities, with any operating surplus ringfenced to run social and cultural programmes for local people.

So, if you become part of the community here, you do so knowing that you are contributing to a series of good causes.

Our social programme

Our social programme includes :

  • On site meeting space for local people to use or for strategic organisations to hire to consult local people about important issues : housing choice and community cohesion amongst others.
  • A Supplementary school to help local children improve their educational achievement through Bengali and Arabic language skills
  • Collaboration with Womens Heath and Family Services to provide Somali language, education and lunch group
  • A Womens development circle in collaboration with London Muslim Centre
  • Childrens summer trips
