Priority will be given as follows:
  1. Existing / new businesses that are local to Greatorex Street, Spitalfield and Banglatown Ward.
  2. Existing businesses looking to relocate within Tower Hamlets.
  3. Existing businesses wishing to locate in Tower Hamlets from outside the borough.
  4. Wherever possible, equal numbers of units will be allocated between men and women.

Our tenants

Since opening our doors, we have refined our tenant base and now have a healthy mix of entrepreneurs on site. Thanks to Strettons Estate Agency in helping identify suitable entrepreneurs ready to make the commitment to the MBP, as well as to Oxford Innovation who run a national programme of support for Micro Business parks and have helped our entrepreneurs in their critical stages of development.
